We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Since each item is made to order or in small batches, slight variations are part of the charm of handmade creations.
However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. Please read our policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges only if:

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for:

We appreciate your understanding that handmade products may have slight differences that make each piece unique.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange a product for the same item if it arrives damaged or defective.
In case the item is unavailable, we’ll offer you a full refund or store credit.
5. Shipping Returns
To return your product, we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions once your return is approved.
Please do not send any items back without prior confirmation.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product).
